Manufacturing routes
RUUIPON reviews four different routes:
- RTV flexible casting molds
- HCR/HTV compression molded silicone products
- LSR injection molded parts
- Silicone overmolding
A project is routed after review. MOQ 20 is specific to applicable RTV mold production, not every manufacturing process. Finished-part and metal-tool quantities are quoted separately.
Quality and document scope
Documents must be described by their true scope. A compound report does not automatically certify every finished product or every market. Relevant food-contact compound reports are available on request when they match the selected material and application.
Never use “FDA-approved factory.” Ask for the report title, issuing laboratory, report number where publication is permitted, issue date and what material or project it can support. Report numbers that are not already published here remain [FACT REQUIRED] until Yang confirms they may appear on this page.
For food-contact RFQs, name the market and intended contact condition on food-grade silicone molds. Do not treat a badge on a homepage as the report for your order.
