Buyers think CAD lock means the tray cannot change. CAD lock starts the prototype clock. Pour still teaches Shore and a fillet. This page is the after-lock list so you do not fight the sample.

What CAD Lock Actually Freezes
This section is the failure mode we see on restock, not a keyword definition. If the first sample looked fine, wait until cavity 8-20 before you approve a production sheet.

The 3-7 Day Clock
Do not reuse a Shore band from a different fill. Platinum-cure is the default production sheet. Shrink is compensated in CAD (~0.1%) when you send a solid. We do not lock a marketing cycle-life number.
How to Avoid a Second CAD Loop
If you are already locked: send pour notes and photos of the failure, not a new vibe.
