A dead-sharp CAD knife edge will not survive silicone and will not survive your operators. We add a small radius you can still sand less than a marketplace cutter. Send a sample of the flash you hate so we know the target.

Why the Sheet Will Not Stay Flat

Large thin sheets curl. Frame thickness vs OD is the first DFM row. If you store tools rolled, say so. We would rather add a rib than watch cavities go oval after a month in a studio tote.

Bake Cycle vs Tray Heat

Clay bakes in the oven. The mold usually should not. If you ever bake in the tool, write the temperature. Most brand workflows: cut, demold, bake the clay only.
