Second SKU on the Same Master: When We Say No

Marketing wants SKU-2 as a 'small tweak' on the same master. Sometimes that is a recolor. Sometimes it is a new undercut. This page is the split so you do not under-buy trays.

Recolor Is Not a New Master

This section is the failure mode we see on restock, not a keyword definition. If the first sample looked fine, wait until cavity 8-20 before you approve a production sheet.

We would rather quote a second design than silently reuse a master that will fail SKU-2.

MOQ 20 Still Applies Per Design

Do not reuse a Shore band from a different fill. Platinum-cure is the default production sheet. Shrink is compensated in CAD (~0.1%) when you send a solid. We do not lock a marketing cycle-life number.
