Custom Silicone Popsicle Molds Built Around the Stick

A custom popsicle mold has to hold the stick, fill without a hollow tip, and leave the freezer without tearing the face. Cube trays live on the ice page.

A custom silicone popsicle mold on this site is the cavity you fill, freeze, and pull. The stick is part of the tool, not a later accessory. RUUIPON pours that RTV tray in Bao'an, Shenzhen, since 2018. Production MOQ is 20 pieces per design after sample approval. A prototype is usually 3-7 business days after CAD lock.

This is not the homemade popsicle guide. That article is kitchen selection. This URL is the branded RFQ. It is also not custom ice molds for cubes, spheres, or logo ice.

Food-contact silicone tray work at RUUIPON used for frozen dumps
RUUIPON production photo. Frozen dumps need a pull path, not only a pretty outline.

This is not an ice-cube tray

Cubes dump by twist. A pop dumps along a stick. If the well pinches under the shoulder, the face tears or the stick walks. If the lid does not nest in your freezer, the first carton already fails. We quote the stick datum and the outer tray, not a cube pitch copied from the ice page.

We would not recommend buying a six-cavity catalog pop and hoping your logo prints. We would not recommend an RTV tray if you actually want a finished reusable silicone pop product as the SKU - that is an HTV part RFQ, said separately.

What has to lock before CAD

  • finished pop outline and target volume or grams
  • stick type, diameter, and how deep it sits
  • lid or cover, or open-top only
  • cavity count vs freezer footprint
  • logo on the face vs on the stick
  • food-contact destination if documents are required

Simple cavity CAD is about USD $50 when that scope applies. After CAD lock we typically 3D-print a pattern, often flip a temporary silicone tool, cast a resin production mother, then pour batch RTV. See how the job runs.

What to send for a popsicle RFQ

If you send this, we can name the structure:

  • photos, sketch, or CAD of the pop
  • one known length or fill volume
  • stick sample or stick SKU if you already buy them
  • first mold quantity (MOQ 20 after approval)
  • whether the lid must match an existing carton

A Pinterest popsicle with no stick size is not enough. Cost drivers sit on mold cost.

Worked example: 8-up logo pop

Typical shop path, not a named customer. A brand sent a mascot pop and asked for 16-up to match an ice tray they liked. The freezer photo showed a short shelf. We cut the first CAD to 8-up so the loaded tray still sat flat, locked the stick depth, prototyped in the 3-7 day window, then released MOQ 20 after a freeze-and-pull. We would not have copied the ice-cube cavity count onto a stick tool.

FAQ

Do you make custom silicone popsicle molds?

Yes. The object is an RTV cavity you fill with a mix, freeze, and pull on a stick. Production MOQ is 20 pieces per design after sample approval. A prototype is usually 3-7 business days after CAD lock.

Is this the same as your ice molds?

No. Ice cubes and spheres are a different product page. A popsicle needs stick hold, a pull path, and often a lid or cover. Do not send an ice-cube RFQ and expect a stick well.

Can I use a homemade popsicle blog as the spec?

The homemade guide is for kitchen trays. This page is a branded tool you reorder. If you only need a store-bought six-pack, buy that. Custom is for your outline, logo, and freezer nest.

Are popsicle molds food-contact?

Food-contact jobs use platinum-cure rubber. Documents follow the compound and destination market. This shop is not an FDA-approved factory.

Cubes and logo ice: ice molds. Other dumps: custom silicone molds. Files: contact.
