If the listing shows five nested pieces, each piece is a cavity decision. Nested undercuts in a one-piece tray will make returns. We would rather split or simplify the nest than print a heroic render.

Air-dry clay is wetter than polymer. Deep petals without draft stick. We start with draft and Shore for peel, not another bottle of release in the kit (we do not sell chemicals).

Two-Part Kit Pieces That Must Align

If a leaf must sit on a stem, send both STLs in one assembly. We can quote two cavities on one sheet or two tools. Alignment pins in silicone are a DFM conversation, not a free add-on.

Tray OD vs box ID. Folded vs nested. If you need a hang-hole in the silicone, say so - that is a cutout, not a sticker. Quote ~24h. Prototype 3-7 days after CAD lock.

Can kids' kits claim food-safe?
Only if you quote food-contact material and your compliance owner agrees. Default craft trays are not that quote.

Can we print the brand on the tray?
