The Etsy title says 3 inch coaster. The tray pours 72 mm because someone rounded 3 inch to 75 and then shrank in CAD. Buyers measure 72 and open a case. Title, PDP, and cavity OD have to be one number in one unit.

The Title Inch Is a Marketing Number Until You Caliper
We tool millimetres. If you must keep an inch title, send the millimetre you will stand behind on a return. We will not reverse-engineer 3 inch from a cropped photo of a plant.

PDP Crop That Hides Scale
Lifestyle crop without a ruler trains the buyer to expect a different OD. That is a listing problem, then it becomes a mold ticket. Fix the graphic when you lock CAD, not after 40 orders.
