Bail Islands Tear Before the Listing Does

If the loop is an undercut, a one-piece tray will fight you. Options: thicken the loop, add draft, or split the tool. We would rather argue that in DFM than after you film a TikTok of broken bails.

UV vs Epoxy on the Same Tool

UV jewelry is cooler. Epoxy in a small well can still spike. Write the resin name and any heat gun step. Do not assume jewelry = no heat.

Photo of the worn piece with a ruler, or STL. Loop ID/OD. Resin type. Weekly pair count. Metal finding size if the cavity must clear a jump ring. Quote ~24h when that pack is complete. Prototype 3-7 days after CAD lock.

Possible. Demold and Shore become a compromise. Two tools are cleaner if both SKUs sell.

Food-grade for resin jewelry?
Not unless you are quoting a food-contact compound for an edible SKU. Jewelry epoxy is a craft pour.
