A 12 mm well that cured in a 3 mm coaster tray will stay tacky in the middle. UV path length is a cavity spec. We will not copy a coaster Shore band onto earring wells.

UV Path Length Is a Cavity Spec
This section is the failure mode we see on restock, not a keyword definition. If the first sample looked fine, wait until cavity 8-20 before you approve a production sheet.

Flash at Tiny Splits
Do not reuse a Shore band from a different fill. Platinum-cure is the default production sheet. Shrink is compensated in CAD (~0.1%) when you send a solid. We do not lock a marketing cycle-life number.
