The Sleeve Is Already Printed
Send the die line with the window in mm. We build the cavity to the window, not the other way around. If the window is already too small, we tell you before tooling.
Who Owns the Logo File
We need a file the brand owns. We will not rebuild a competitor mascot. Brand guidelines PDF plus AI is enough.
One Event vs a Repeat Kit
One drop: stay on soft trays. If the kit becomes a catalog SKU, say so - we still start soft. Steel later is a different quote, same Shenzhen shop, not a plant/mogul story.
Agency RFQ Pack
