A 1.5 mm bookmark warps and the tassel hole tears. Bookmarks need thickness and hole meat. We will not cut a jewelry-thin sheet and call it a bookmark.

UV vs Epoxy Thickness
Do not reuse a Shore band from a different fill. Platinum-cure is the default production sheet. Shrink is compensated in CAD (~0.1%) when you send a solid. We do not lock a marketing cycle-life number.
