To RFQ a food-contact RTV tray from RUUIPON, write platinum — not tin — then send cavity grams (not mg of a formula), depositor pitch if it must match a line, a STEP or millimetre photos, and whether you need 21 CFR 177.2600 extraction and/or LFGB on *this* article. RUUIPON pours those trays in Bao'an, Xinhe Blvd, Shajing, since 2018. Mix is 1:1 or 10:1 by weight, vacuum degassed. Platinum shrink after a full cure is typically about 0.1–0.3%. Does not apply when the dump is PU, plaster, or concrete with no food claim. It also does not apply to a WYD depositor steel conversation, or to a competitor gummy you wanted scanned. Your art only.
The pack that lets us lock CAD

ISO 3302-1 M2 is a common dump class. Outer-row gummies often run 3–6% heavy vs center if the sheet sags. Jacket first.
mg per gummy is formula. Cavity is grams. Do not put a dose on the mold RFQ as a CTQ without a weight.

Failure: "food-grade tin, cheaper," no pitch, no grams
Symptom: we cannot lock; buyer wanted a 3-day US stock tray.
Cause: wrong chemistry, missing millimetres, stock-catalog expectation.
Fix: platinum, pack above, Bao'an clock after lock. We do not hold US inventory.
SLA masters need wash, UV, seal, 20 g slug. Sticky slug = remake, not bake. Release spray is not sealer. We would not torch a food well.

A tooling charge is not unrestricted ownership of the CAD or the compound name. Ask for the grade on the PO.
Worked example: 24-up pectin, photos, tin requested
24-up pectin, photos of a famous bear, "food tin cheaper," no pitch. We refused tin and the face, offered $50 CAD original bear, locked grams and pitch, platinum 15A open-back with jacket, 177.2600 on the article. Prototype 3–7 business days after that CAD lock. Hollow chocolate bombs need a core or two halves — say which. Open-back magnets are a different Structure Decision. This page is the food *tray*.
Post-cure is a supported oven after room cure, not a kitchen max and not an HCR mill cycle. Wash, dry matte, then bake if the PO names it. Inhibition does not bake off.
Cabinets: food off resin and lye. Dedicated cups. Nitrile. SDS is mix-day; 177.2600 is the article.
Depositor-compatible pitch is a millimetre lock, not a vibe. Outer-row heavies of about 3–6% vs center mean the sheet sagged — jacket.
