Silicone Product Design and Development
Designing a silicone *product* can be an HTV product RFQ here (HCR flash land) or a different RFQ if you need high-volume LSR DFM - ask us. RUUIPON also designs casting-mold cavities from photo, sketch, or CAD (resin master to RTV). Name the object.
Send the drawing or sample, intended use, material requirements and expected quantity. RUUIPON will review the manufacturing route, tooling scope and inspection needs before confirming the quotation.
Common mix-up
A $50 RUUIPON modeling fee is cavity CAD, not a consumer-product industrial-design retainer.

This page quotes a molded silicone article, not an RTV casting cavity. We would not recommend freezing part steel on a cavity CAD. We would not recommend treating RUUIPON as the product OEM designer.

Is the $50 fee a product-design package? No. USD $50 is custom/simple 3D modeling for a *mold* when that scope applies.
When does the 3-7 day clock start? After CAD lock on a *mold* prototype. Part proto timing is a different RFQ - ask us question.
