Custom Silicone Sleeves and Covers
A sleeve or cover that stretches over a bottle, remote, sensor, or tool is a molded *part* (HCR or LSR, often with a defined ID and a stretch test). An RTV cavity you pour into is a different object. Send the mating size, stretch and quantity so we can review the manufacturing route.
Send the drawing or sample, intended use, material requirements and expected quantity. RUUIPON will review the manufacturing route, tooling scope and inspection needs before confirming the quotation.
Common mix-up
A jacket that supports a floppy RTV skin is a mother mold. A sleeve that ships on a bottle is a part. Don't order the jacket when you meant the SKU.

Is a mother-mold jacket a product sleeve? No. The jacket stays in the shop to support a soft cavity. The sleeve is the part that ships.
Can you mold a remote cover? an HTV product or mold RFQ here, or ask us if you need a high-volume LSR cold-runner tool. Send the device or a scan. Not an RTV pour.
Mold lock? MOQ 20, $50 modeling when in scope, 3-7 days after CAD lock.
Food-contact bottle sleeve? an HTV product RFQ here. Food *molds* stay on this site.
