Custom Silicone Gaskets and Seals
A gasket or seal is the silicone *article* that sits in a groove, flange, or lid - HCR compression for many chunky sections, LSR when the lip is thin or the volume wants a cold-runner. An RTV cavity you pour PU or resin into is a different object.
Send the drawing or sample, intended use, material requirements and expected quantity. RUUIPON will review the manufacturing route, tooling scope and inspection needs before confirming the quotation.
Common mix-up
Casting a gasket *shape* in an RTV pocket is a mold job. Buying 5,000 finished 50A O-rings is a parts job. Same outline, two POs.

Quoted as a molded silicone article
This page quotes a molded silicone article, not an RTV casting cavity. We would not recommend a thumbnail Shore as the leak test. We would not recommend pasting mold MOQ 20 onto a gasket tool.

FAQ
Can RUUIPON mold my flange gasket? Yes as an HTV product RFQ. Send an RTV cavity here only if you will pour another material into it.
Where does flash live on a seal? Keep the land off the sealing bead on an HTV product or mold RFQ here, or ask us if you need a high-volume LSR cold-runner tool. That question does not belong on an RTV pour RFQ.
