Custom Silicone Keypads
A silicone keypad is a molded *part*: webs, pills or carbon pills, actuation force, legend printing, and often LSR for thin walls. An RTV cavity you pour gummy, chocolate, resin, wax or soap into is a different object from a keypad web.
Send the drawing or sample, intended use, material requirements and expected quantity. RUUIPON will review the manufacturing route, tooling scope and inspection needs before confirming the quotation.
Common mix-up
A logo *cavity* you dump chocolate into is not a keypad web. Don't ask the pour table for click force.

FAQ
Can RUUIPON laser a keypad legend? Keypad legends are an HTV product RFQ, or ask us for high-volume LSR. RTV cavities stay on the pour table.
I only need a 20-piece keypad sample. Still a parts proto as an HTV product RFQ here, or ask us for a high-volume LSR tool. RUUIPON's 20 is mold quantity, not keypad quantity.
Mold lock? MOQ 20, $50 modeling when in scope, 3-7 days after CAD lock.
