LSR Injection Molding
LSR injection molding meters and mixes liquid silicone rubber components before injecting them into a heated mold. RUUIPON reviews LSR component and tooling projects against the part geometry, material, production volume and inspection requirements. Common mix-up
A shop that points at a pour table and says "liquid silicone" is in RTV. Production LSR is platinum A/B, meter-mixed, cavity heated. Tin-cure liquids are not injected as LSR.

Quoted as a molded silicone article
This page quotes a molded silicone article, not an RTV casting cavity. We would not recommend treating a one-cavity aluminum mule as the 16-cavity cold-runner. We would not recommend pasting RUUIPON's MOQ 20 / $50 / 3-7 day mold window onto an LSR steel tool.

Can RUUIPON review an LSR injection project? Yes. Send CAD, critical dimensions, intended use, quantity and any insert details. We confirm the tooling and production scope for that project; we do not invent a high-volume threshold here.
Is "liquid silicone" the same as LSR? Not in the shop. RTV is poured around a master. LSR is injected into a heated cavity, runner usually cold-runner. Don't mix the POs.
What are RUUIPON's mold MOQ and lead time? MOQ 20 per design. Prototype commonly 3-7 business days after CAD lock. Custom/simple 3D modeling is USD $50 when that scope applies. Those numbers are for *molds*, not LSR parts.
