Logo Depth in Millimetres: Chocolate, Soap, and Stamp Islands That Survive Pull 5

A 0.25 mm chocolate logo washes out. A hairline stamp island tears on pull 3. Send depth in millimetres and the wall or bar it sits on. 'Crisp logo' is not a spec.

Depth is a spec. 'Crisp logo' is not.

Detail on a RUUIPON silicone mold cavity logo
We lock millimetres on the island, not a marketing word for crisp.

Send the intended depth in mm and the wall or bar thickness it sits on. A pretty PNG with no depth is a stall. We will not guess 0.4 mm because another SKU used it.

RUUIPON, Shenzhen since 2018. MOQ 20 trays per design. Prototype commonly 3-7 business days after CAD lock. Quote about 24 hours on a complete RFQ. Drawing deposit about $50 USD when we must model the letter islands.

Chocolate: depth vs bar thickness, not Instagram contrast

Shallow logos on thin bars disappear after temper. We need bar thickness and whether it is compound or couverture. A 0.25 mm engrave on a 4 mm bar is a common fail. We will push for more depth or a thicker bar - not a darker PNG.

This is food-contact when eaten. Do not paste FDA-approved factory language. Docs may apply depending on material and market. LFGB as sections 30/31 when that path is quoted.

Cookie and clay stamps: island meat, not hairline vectors

The letter is an island of silicone. If the island is thinner than the pull can take, it tears. Draft 1-3 degrees when geometry allows. Zero-draft 8 mm tall letters on a stamp are a reject, not a Shore problem.

We will screenshot island width. You agree keep, thicken, or drop the serif before lock.

Soap letters: CP lock vs MP wash

Cold-process can lock a deep letter. Melt-and-pour can wash a shallow one. Candy-look soap is still craft unless the SKU is eaten. Do not mix food-contact docs onto a CP logo tray.

Candy-look soap

Clear resin prints pits in the logo face

Opaque hid dust. Clear prints the tray. Logo depth on a jewelry well is not a coaster sheet. Peak C still comes before Shore. See the pour-lock page.

Starting numbers we use in DFM - not a guarantee

We will not publish a fake universal mm chart for every font. Serifs and script fail first. Send the vector and a scale.

How to send the mark so we do not invent a 25.4x logo

Vector or STEP. Units mm in the email. A screenshot of a competitor bar is not a file. We will not copy a purchased tray.

mm not inches

What we will not rubber-stamp

Hairline script as a one-piece stamp. 0.2 mm chocolate logos on a thin bar because the ad already ran. Copied Amazon logos. Food-contact claims on a resin logo block.
