Silicone Prototyping for Molds and Parts
Part proto (aluminum mule, first HCR shots, LSR first-off) is a different RFQ - ask us. Mold proto (first RTV cavity, real-material dump, written pass/fail) already has a page: /silicone-mold-prototype-validation/. Don't run a part FAI on the pour table, and don't treat a water fill as a production sample.
Send the drawing or sample, intended use, material requirements and expected quantity. RUUIPON will review the manufacturing route, tooling scope and inspection needs before confirming the quotation.
Common mix-up
A hand-poured RTV sample does not prove LSR flash, vestige, or cold-runner balance. It can prove cavity grams.

Quoted as a molded silicone article
This page quotes a molded silicone article, not an RTV casting cavity, when you need a part mule. We would not recommend skipping /silicone-mold-prototype-validation/ for cavity jobs. We would not recommend calling an RTV dump an LSR first-article.

Can an RTV dump approve my LSR tool? It can prove geometry. It cannot prove cold-runner fill. Don't skip a finished-parts mule.

Water-fill as a part proto? Water is the wrong dump even for molds. For parts, send the real grade as an HTV product RFQ here, or ask us for a high-volume LSR tool.
