OEM & Private Label Custom Silicone Molds
Private label here is an RTV casting mold with your cavity and your reorder ID. It is not a finished silicone product line. The shop quote is the Shenzhen manufacturer page.
Brands may also need:
- proprietary geometry
- molded-in logo
- SKU/revision control
- packaging marks
- NDA/confidentiality
- repeat-order records
- market-specific documentation
RUUIPON can develop the mold from CAD, artwork, a sample, sketch or photos.
Send Your Private Label Mold Project
Define the SKU
Define:
- finished geometry
- target dimensions
- target weight/volume
- casting material
- cavity count
Branding Options
Options can include:
- molded logo
- lettering
- texture
- branded cavity shape
Geometry Approval
Approve the final 3D geometry before tooling.
Records to Keep
Keep:
- project ID
- approved revision
- logo version
- material/process
- packaging/SKU
If packaging affects mold size or product count, define it before the layout is locked.
If confidentiality matters, NDA can be signed before complete files are shared.
If CAD ownership, master custody, exclusivity or release rights matter, define them separately in commercial documents.
Validate:
- geometry
- logo
- weight/volume
- release
- packaging fit
- handling
Applicable RTV mold production can start from 20 molds per approved design.
Finished Product Review
If the buyer actually needs a finished silicone product, RUUIPON can review:
- HCR/HTV
- LSR
- overmolding
Send the application, design files and quantity to RUUIPON for a process and project-scope review.
Can we test 20–50 pieces after the prototype?
For applicable RTV mold programs, MOQ from 20 can fit that launch stage.
Can we keep the design confidential?
Yes; define NDA/confidentiality before sharing sensitive files.
Can multiple SKUs use the same base tool with inserts?
Sometimes. Modular inserts may be possible when the common geometry/process supports it.
Does private label automatically mean exclusive tooling?
No. Define exclusivity if required.
Can you do retail packaging too?
Packaging support can be reviewed, but define the exact scope.
