Wholesale Custom Silicone Molds: Tools by the Design, Not Parts Bins
Wholesale custom silicone molds on this site means you buy poured RTV cavities as production tools - resin master to RTV casting mold, recast - at MOQ 20 pieces per design after a prototype pass. It does not mean a mixed carton of baby spoons, kitchen spatulas, or private-label bakeware *parts*. If the carton is vulcanized silicone articles, that's an HTV product RFQ here, not a RUUIPON wholesale tray lot.

Factory: Bao'an since 2018, Licheng Technology Industry Park, Xinhe Blvd, Shajing. Custom/simple 3D modeling is USD $50 when that scope applies. Prototype 3-7 business days after CAD lock. Process index: process catalog. Sibling commercial pages: factory-direct, OEM private-label molds.
What "wholesale" changes (and what it doesn't)
- Same object. Each design is still an RTV tool. More designs ≠ a parts catalog.
- Same MOQ. 20 per design after sample approval. Buying three designs is 20+20+20, not a blended 20.
- Repeats. Unchanged reorder drops NRE when the master still lives - archive.
- Pack. Production sheets pack flat - packaging.
- Not a distributor bin. We don't hold random cavity SKUs for unknown pours.
Common mix-up: wholesale = lower MOQ and kitchen parts
Search "wholesale silicone" and you'll land on spatulas. This factory sells the cavity those brands *use*, or the cavity you dump candy/resin/soap into. We would not relabel an RTV tray PO as 500 silicone *parts*. MOQ stays 20 per design; we don't invent a 5-piece wholesale band.
How a wholesale mold PO should read
Line 1: design ID / revision. Line 2: structure (open-back / split / jacket). Line 3: qty 20 (or more) of that design. Line 4: recast terms. Line 5: Incoterm. Don't write "assorted molds, cheapest mix."

Failure: one PI, mixed objects
Symptom: "Wholesale silicone molds" RFQ that lists spatulas, a gummy tray, and an LSR teether; buyer expected 500 pcs at a parts price; MOQ argued to 5 because "wholesale."
Confirm: What ships - cavities you pour into, or articles? Per-design qty?
Fix: Split the RFQ. Keep RTV tools here at MOQ 20/design. Send parts as an HTV product RFQ here, or ask us for a high-volume LSR tool.
Worked example: two confectionery designs, 20 each
A candy brand wanted "wholesale trays": 20 × 12-up bears and 20 × 8-up bars, pectin, food-contact. Two designs, two masters, two prototype notes (3-7 days after each CAD lock), then 20+20. Custom 3D USD $50 on the bear map. We would not have blended them into one 20-piece assortment or thrown in kitchenware.
What to ask when you're buying wholesale molds
- Is every line a cavity tool, or did a parts SKU sneak in?
- Is MOQ 20 counted per design?
- Are repeats against the same master/archive ID?
- Who owns the masters if we private-label the tools?
- EXW vs DDP on the wholesale lot?
When this page is the wrong aisle
If you need thousands of molded silicone *parts*, you're an HTV product or mold RFQ here, or a different LSR-tool RFQ - ask us. If you need one paid test cavity, that's a prototype line, not wholesale - low MOQ. A catalog ice sheet that already matches isn't a wholesale custom program. Geometry can override quantity: two split sculpture molds still need keys.

Skip an assorted-mold carton
Skip counting MOQ across unrelated designs. We will not quote kitchen *parts* on this PI. Skip the prototype because the qty looks "wholesale" and you multiply a miss. A tooling charge is not a blanket license to resell the CAD.
RUUIPON Mold Structure Decision:
- Object? - silicone parts / spatulas -> HTV product RFQ / ask us
- Object? - RTV cavities -> Per design: DFM
- Per design: DFM -> CAD lock
- CAD lock -> Prototype 3-7 days
- Prototype 3-7 days -> MOQ 20 per design
FAQ
Is wholesale cheaper per mold? Repeats against a living master drop NRE. First 20 still carry development. Ask for NRE vs unit lines.
Can I mix 10 of design A and 10 of B to hit 20? No. MOQ is 20 per design.
Do you warehouse stock trays? We archive *your* master under agreed terms. We don't run a public cavity warehouse.
Can I private-label the molds? The *tools*, yes - OEM private-label molds. Not baby/kitchen parts.
