The Shore guide already exists. This service is the commercial lock: we will not pick 30A because a blog said so if your peak is a sugar cook.

If you run UV in 3 mm wells and epoxy in 70 mm blocks, that is two quotes. Do not mix them on one sheet and blame the tray.

Peak C we need on the RFQ - examples, not a lab certificate

We do not invent a universal heat limit for every SKU. Baking heat limits live on a blog. Candy cook is not cookies. Do not reuse a chocolate Shore on 150 C sugar.

Stick is often chemistry and draft, not a missing spray SKU

Pectin, soy last-2-mm, and fragrance oil each stick differently. We will ask fill before we talk release folklore. We do not sell spray as a product page.

Opaque hid dust. Clear prints pits. Show-through is a face-finish quote. Jewelry UV wells are not 70 mm bookends.

Wax, beeswax corners, and glue guns

Beeswax grabs corners soy leaves. Do not heat the tray to force demold. Glue weld is a peak C quote. Recycle-crayon ears break if they are paper-thin.

UV jewelry 3 mm and epoxy 70 mm are not one Shore. Chocolate temper and hard-candy cook are not one Shore. We will split the RFQ rather than pick a fake average hardness.

If you later add a hotter fill to a locked chocolate tray, tell us before restock. We may keep CAD and change Shore. We may refuse if the geometry was never drafted for that heat.

Platinum production sheets vs tin hobby kits

Tin kits hide tear until order 40. Production restock that sees epoxy exotherm or sticky pectin is platinum plus degas. We will not quote a cheaper tin SKU as if it were the same tray family.
