OEM gummy mold services on this site make the RTV cavity tray your line dumps into. We do not mix pectin, set a dose, or private-label the finished gummy. On this site the path is photos, sketch, or CAD, then a 3D-printed pattern, often a temporary silicone flip, a resin production mother, then batch RTV. The mother is not the pattern. Free DFM. Mold OEM is not gummy private label
OEM here means we manufacture the tray to your drawing and brand on a process we jointly pick. It does not mean we become your co-packer. In scope: cavity millilitres, array a platinum skin and a jacket / mother-mold support shell can hold, dump method, wash, living mother, first article, recast. Out of scope: formula, milligrams of an active, serving size, starch-mogul pitch drawings.
If your email still says "master, box, keys, jacket" as the OEM buy, you are listing shop furniture. Name the structure and who archives the living mother.
Drawings, living mothers, ownership
Write who archives the resin production mother and the support shell. Paying a tooling charge does not, by itself, confer unrestricted transfer rights. A recast against an unsanded mother is the cheap second order. Sanding the mother "to clean it up" is how you lose the brand you approved.
Common mix-up: I paid for tooling, so I own the mother
A lot of OEM POs treat the tooling line as a title deed. In the shop that usually means the crate you can pull is a skin, while the living mother stays on a rack you never named. Put title, storage, and recast in the PO. Baker Perkins-class pitch drawings still belong an HTV product or mold RFQ here, or a different LSR-tool RFQ - ask us.

Worked example: OEM tray packet
A vitamin brand wanted a 4 x 8 platinum tray, 32 cavities at 2.5 ml, Shore 25A in an aluminum support shell, their recessed mark 0.4 mm in the pocket. Free DFM. After CAD lock: pattern, often a flip, resin production mother, one-up on their pectin, then the array. The PO named the buyer as archive for the living mother and a recast of the skin after a logo season. No milligram callout on the traveler. Production at MOQ 20 of that design.

FAQ
Do you make the gummies? No. We make the RTV cavity. The slurry, the dose, and the carton are yours.
Does a tooling charge mean I own the mother? Only if the PO says so. Write archive and recast. A tooling line is not a title deed.
Can you match depositor pitch? Pitch drawings for a Baker Perkins-class line belong an HTV product or mold RFQ here, or a different LSR-tool RFQ - ask us. Here we decide how many pockets a platinum skin and a support shell can hold without the grams drifting.
Is there a CBD- or vitamin-grade silicone? No. Food-contact platinum RTV is the grade. Oil load is a process note for dump.
What is MOQ and the prototype clock? MOQ 20 pieces per design after approval. Prototype usually 3-7 business days after CAD lock. DFM is free. CAD revision about USD 50 when we edit your 3D.
